What to expect
How your metallic or flake epoxy floor gets done
Metallic installs take as little as 3 days, depending on size. After that, the topcoat cures for 5 days before cars go back in. Flake floors can be installed in a day, with the same 5-day cure before cars.

What's included in the price?
Everything. Your price covers the full floor prep (grinding, crack sealing, and borders), the base coat, patching and the color coat, and a seal coat in your choice of glossy or matte grip texture. Nothing is left out. Metallic starts at $12/sq ft and flake is $10/sq ft, all-inclusive. Custom designs are quoted at your free estimate.
Can you do a 1-day floor?
A flake floor can be installed in a day. A liquid metallic floor can't, because each coat needs an overnight cure to bond properly before the next one goes down, and we don't rush the pour. Metallic installs take as little as 3 days depending on size, and then the topcoat cures for 5 days before cars go back in. Both systems need that 5-day cure before cars.
What is a full-bucket pour?
It means your floor gets the full bucket of color. Some installers stretch the color to cover more square footage. We don't. You get the full pour, the way the floor is meant to look.
Is the floor slippery?
You choose the finish on the seal coat: a glossy finish, or a matte grip texture if you want traction. We'll talk through both at your free estimate.
How do I get an exact price?

What do I need to do before you arrive?
Clear furniture and belongings from the work area, move your cars out, have power access available, and keep kids and pets away from the work area.
When can I use my garage again?
After the final coat: no foot traffic for at least 24 hours, no furniture for 3 days, and no cars for 5 days while the topcoat cures. After that, clean the floor with microfiber and pH-neutral cleaners.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All of our work comes with a 1-year craftsmanship warranty.
